Dilbert Live Action Movie

Director Ken Kwapis (who helmed a few episodes of the Office) is set to direct a live-action movie adaptation of Dilbert, the popular office anti-hero. For those who still don't know Dilbert: it was initially a satirical comic strip set in a white-collar, micromanaged office featuring the engineer Dilbert and his pet dog Dogbert. The comic strip was later on adapted into an animated series. And now we may expect Dilbert movie, a live action movie!

Dilbert Live Action MoviePlot:
"Dilbert portrays corporate culture as a Kafkaesque world of bureaucracy for its own sake and office politics that stand in the way of productivity, where employees' skills and efforts are not rewarded, and busy work is praised. Much of the humor emerges as the audience sees the characters making obviously ridiculous decisions that are natural reactions to mismanagement."

I'm fan of Dilbert, but I find hard to imagine a live action movie adaptation of Dilbert... Not sure the material will transpose well into a movie with real actors... There's something of the Theatre of the Absurd in Dilbert, so we'd need a really talented actor (and not just a funny dumb one...), and I can't really think of any actor fit for the job...

Well, let's still give a chance to this Dilbert movie, we could well be positively surprised after all!
